Affordable Care Act

As a company with fewer than 50 year-round full-time equivalent employees, Gold Rush Dog Tours, LLC is not required to offer health insurance to employees or subject to the Employer Shared Responsibility (ESRP) provisions within the Affordable Care Act. The Affordable Care Act requires certain employers with at least 50 full-time employees (or equivalents) to offer health insurance coverage to its full-time employees (and their dependents) that meets certain minimum standards set by the Affordable Care Act or to make a tax payment called the ESRP. Gold Rush Dog Tours, LLC does not offer health insurance programs for seasonal employees and employment with the company does not garner health insurance for employees or dependents.
