Gold Rush Dog Tours, LLC utilizes canvas wall tents for camp housing at Sheep Creek in Juneau and Trailers in Skagway. Housing is communal, with 2 – 6 people sharing accommodations. You must maintain your living quarters in a neat, clean and presentable manner. All efforts must be used to minimize your impact on other crew members including, but not limited to; noise, space concerns and cleanliness. All personal equipment and debris must be removed prior to your departure from camp at the end of the season; the Camp Manager will check you out before dismissal.
Sled dogs are not allowed to be loose in the housing units or tied to platforms. Personal (pet) dogs must receive prior approval to travel to camp or enter housing units. Dogs are Not Allowed in the kitchen or eating areas. You agree to repair and/or pay for any damage caused to equipment by your actions as a condition of employment. Violation of this policy is grounds for reprimand up to and including termination.
