Most employees are paid with a hybrid system of a base rate for the month plus a rate by tour. Tour pay is calculated on the average number of guests carried in a season. You must sign your daily sheet to account for days worked. Your pay includes compensation for participating in safe tour execution, excellent customer service, maintaining dog yards and houses in a clean and neat manner with spin holes filled, houses painted and repaired. Providing superior dog care for each dog. You will be working closely with the Company Lead Musher and Vet Tech to ensure each dog receives appropriate care. Other duties included in tour pay are trail maintenance, road work, brushing trails, assisting in the kitchen, assisting other teams in the performance of tours and camp maintenance.
