Cook Position Acknowledgement

I have reviewed, understood, and accepted the Cook Position Expectation. My signature on the employment agreement indicates that I have read and agreed to follow these expectations. I am fully aware that my adherence to the terms of the Cook Position Expectation will be a major element of all future evaluation. I also agree that Management retains the right to change the Cook Position Expectation at any time.
