Employment is with the mutual consent of you and Gold Rush Dog Tours, LLC, entering a contractual relationship. Consequently, any changes to the agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. The employment contract may not be modified by any oral or implied agreement. All positions within Gold Rush Dog Tours, LLC constitute ‘at-will’ employment.
