Guest concerns, questions and / or complaints are addressed immediately; Expeditors bring all guest issues to the Camp / Base / General Manager’s attention and remain in close contact during resolution and follow up.

Expeditors ensure that wasted and non-productive time is eliminated, continually identifying areas to improve service, performance, and dog-related objectives. Maintaining a positive attitude and dedication to productivity, Expeditors accomplish assigned work and make decisions in a timely manner.
While guests are departing, all present and available employees acknowledge departing / arriving Guests by waving. The Expeditor Team works closely with the Camp Manager and TEMSCO Dispatch in coordinating the daily camp / dog operations. The Expeditor assists in general ground duties as assigned by the Camp, Office, and General Manager.
