The Photographer position executes the company’s action photography program and presents guests with photos for purchase following their cart ride. The Photographer will work throughout the camp to meet the needs of the day-to-day operations. The Photographer may be assigned different duties on any given day at the Camp Manager’s discretion.
The Photographer works closely with the Camp Manager to develop required skills and assists fellow coworkers in all aspects of camp, dog yard and tour related activities. The Photographer must maintain a positive attitude and outlook toward the Dogs, Mushers, Guests, and other Staff at all times.
The Photographer continually solves problems as they arise and functions as a troubleshooter, resolving issues before they can have a negative effect on operational efficiency. The Photographer ensures proper maintenance of all photography facilities and equipment through daily inspections. The Photographer is encouraged to suggest new products and / or services for the betterment of operations.
Gold Rush Dog Tours, LLC requires all employees to abide by all policies of the Company, which include but are not limited to:

Chain of Command
The Photographer reports directly to their Camp Manager. The Camp Manager reports to the Base Manager, who reports directly to the Ownership Team. Should a situation arise that the Photographer feels uncomfortable in approaching their Camp Manager, the Photographer should address their concerns to the Base Manager. All other Photographer questions, comments and concerns must adhere to the chain of command.
