All employees are expected to perform their duties as outlined by management to the best of their ability at all times. Professional performance is the standard and not the exception. Your professionalism will extend to other Crew-members at all times. Any substandard work will be noted by the immediate supervisor and discussed orally with the employee. Upon continued substandard work a written explanation will be given to the employee and signed by the employee acknowledging that they have read and understand the discrepancies in the work that was performed. Substandard work must be brought up to acceptable standards the day the employee is notified in writing. All supervisors will report to management any substandard work. Continued substandard work will be grounds for immediate termination.
