Sled Dog Handler Performance Measures

The following measures of performance will be utilized to determine continued and future employment, job placement, and promotion:

Respectful of the confidentiality of company information.
Maintain a cooperative attitude with the Camp Manager, Mushers, other Employees and the Public.
Perform all duties in an independent and expeditious manner with minimal supervision.
Consistently display the ability to recognize and deal with priorities.
Demonstrate good planning skills that fit into the overall company goals.
Develop a replacement for self if requested.
