Summer Camp Guide position will work throughout the camp to meet the needs of the day-to-day operations. Summer Camp Guides will transport guests to and from dog camp, giving an informative tour along the way. Summer Camp Guide may be assigned different duties on any given day at the Camp Manager’s discretion.
Summer Camp Guides continually solve problems as they arise and function as troubleshooter, resolving issues before they can have a negative effect on operational efficiency. Summer Camp Guides ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of tour vans and bring any issues to the Camp Manager’s attention.
Gold Rush Dog Tours, LLC requires all employees to abide by all policies of the Company, which include but are not limited to:
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Personnel Policies and Procedures
Chain of Command
Summer Camp Guides report directly to their Camp Manager. The Camp Manager reports to the Base Manager, who reports directly to the Ownership Team. Should a situation arise that a Summer Camp Guide feels uncomfortable in approaching their Camp Manager, the Summer Camp Guide should address their concerns to the Base Manager. All other Summer Camp Guide questions, comments and concerns must adhere to the chain of command.
