Tardiness and absenteeism are a serious problem with a small crew working in a semi-remote location; it is important that employees work their assigned schedules. Missing your scheduled work days or being tardy/absent for daily camp duties without a compelling reason is grounds for reprimand or termination.
Gold Rush Dog Tours, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine what constitutes a compelling reason. Any tardiness or absence that is for a non-compelling reason may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
